​​How does Zone work?

Zone is a survey and offers app marketplace that allows companies to publish surveys, opinion panels and valuation tasks to the user community and provide credit rewards when the tasks are completed. Users can complete tasks and redeem the earned credits for real cash.

What are the credits?

Credits are the in-app currency (point system) representing the user’s earnings. You earn credits by completing Offers (small tasks) from the Offers page. When the user accumulates a certain amount of credits, they can be redeemed for real-life Cash in PayPal. The primary objective of the user is to accumulate the greatest amount of credits in order to redeem items from the rewards page.

How can I redeem a Reward?

Rewards can be redeemed from the rewards page. Each reward has a certain value in credits, and you need to accumulate at least that amount of credits in order to redeem the reward. Once you accumulate the necessary amount of credits, simply tap the reward you wish to redeem and fill out the required info.

How long does it take to receive a Reward?

Once you submit a redeem request, it takes 5-7 days to process the request and for you to receive it.

Why is my email needed?

Because we will send the payout to your PayPal account and therefore need your PayPal email to identify your account and send you the money. It is your responsibility to provide valid PayPal account details.

Can I use any other method other than PayPal to cashout?

No. At the moment we only support PayPal payments.

What does it mean that my payment order is pending?

When you order a payment our system initiates a payout request and states this as “pending” in your payment history. The payment is in process. Once the payment is processed and completed the status will change to “completed”.

I completed an Offer, why didn’t I get the Credits?

In order to receive the credits reward, you must complete the offer from within the Zone app. The app must not be previously installed on your device, either from Play Store or through another rewards app.

Your account must also be in good standing. Banned users will not be rewarded.

Generally, tasks work well and award the displayed credits at completion. On occasions failures happen when attribution mechanisms fail or when tasks are not completed as requested

Important tips:

·  Always read the Offer instructions thoroughly. Some offers require you to complete additional tasks after you install the app, such as completing the first level. Make sure to use the app after install, and complete the Offer to the fullest.

·  Please wait sometime after completing the Offer or Survey. In some cases, it takes a few hours to process your reward; but in some cases, it can take up to 48 hours.

·  You have to be new to the task. Do not attempt to complete a task that you have previously started/completed, even if that was a while ago. Generally, advertisers do not reward second completions.

·  Please do not attempt to complete tasks if you, due to your profile, have been ruled out. I.E. If a specific task needs data from women in their 30s from New York and you are a man from Canada, chances are that you will not receive the reward even completing the survey till the end.

·  Please make sure that your network is working well when completing tasks as some information needs to be verified. We discourage using VPNs or similar services when completing tasks as they often lead to reward attribution problems.

·  Most of the tasks on display work well, as we actively filter out tasks that work poorly. But sometimes we get played by market research advertisers that just don’t pay us for completed tasks, unfortunately in those cases we can’t reward you. However, we do monitor constantly for task quality and remove unreliable tasks as fast as we can.

·  We advise to have a bit of patience as it takes time for partners to verify the completions. But if you believe that you have completed a task correctly and after 24 to 48 hours still have not received the reward you can contact us.

Can I use multiple Zone accounts?

No, one account per individual. Companies want to reach different audiences and pay the reward only for the first time that the task is completed

Can I use my account on multiple devices?

No, your account can only be linked to one device at a time. Using multiple devices violates our Terms of Service and can lead to an account restriction.

Do you offer rewards for referring new members?

Yes, we have an invite friend reward program that gives you 100 credits for each friend that you invite. Your referred friend has to complete 1 task valued at minimum 100 credits to activate this reward, and it also gives %5 of credits to you for each task that is completed by your friend.

How does the invite-a-friend program work?

You can invite friends via Facebook, Whatsapp, Email or simply copy your Invite Code and share it with your friend. Your friends receive an invitation with your referral code. When your friends join it is important that they enter your referral code at the registration process, this will let us know that the new member is your referee.

You may only use our Referral Program in good faith. By using the Invite Friends Program, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with it. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use our Invite Friends Program:

·  You may not create more than one account in order to invite yourself invite others that have created duplicate accounts,

·  use alternative device/s to refer yourself or others that have created duplicate accounts:

·  invite an existing customer,

·  invite fictitious persons,

·  do anything that damages Zone brand, goodwill or reputation

Zone has the right to refuse to pay you the Referral Fee if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Zone suspects that you have not used the Referral Program in good faith or have breached this Agreement.

Why is my account restricted/banned?

If your account was restricted or banned, it is because you have engaged in one of the following prohibited behaviors, in violation of our Terms of Service:

·  Fraudulent use of VPN or proxy, or using a fake IP address by other means.

·  Spamming: a) posting Referral Code in Google Play review, in violation of Google Play Store b) sending excessive phony invites with no activities from invitees. Please note that you will only be rewarded for active invitees.

·  Fraudulent use of multiple devices per account or multiple accounts per device. Please note that you can only use one account per device.

·  Use of special programs to manipulate app behavior and other attempts to hack or crack the app.

·  Any malicious attempts to disrupt the normal operation of Zone.

See our Terms of Service for full list of infractions. The penalties for violating the Terms of Service can include any of the following:

·  Deduction of credits for any unfair earnings

·  Restricting access to certain features or Offer providers

·  Temporary ban on the account, for moderate violations

·  Permanent Ban and forfeiture of any earnings, for severe violations.

Why don’t I see many Offers?

The Offers’ availability depends on many factors; the biggest factor is the user’s physical location. Offers availability varies substantially from one country to another; it all depends on what countries the advertisers are targeting. In addition to that, users on older devices have access to fewer Offers since many advertisers target only the newest Operating Systems. To maximize Offers’ availability, make sure to install any major system updates available for your device.

Keep in mind that the quantity of Offer available fluctuates from time to time depending on the advertisers’ budgets and schedules. To maximize your earnings, make sure to check back at least once a day.
